As a Christian based organization, believing in the life changing power of Jesus Christ, The Growth Center LLC knows the importance of the local churches and outreach ministries. The Growth Center LLC offers a variety of resources to local church and ministries that will help them develop into the dynamic force God has called them to be.
For the church to succeed in its mission, like a business, it must have clear leadership, a team of people who can work together toward a given goal, and great communication skills. Also, like in a business, many churches fail to achieve these goals. However, unlike a business, the church is mainly staffed with volunteers who, when feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled, will become disengaged and uninvolved.
Many Pastors and leaders see declining numbers and think that it is something wrong with the people, but the truth is, as Dr. John Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls with leadership.” This does not mean that the leadership is bad or off the mark, they just need to better understand their people, their needs and how to keep them engaged.
The Growth Center LLC works with church and ministries to build strong workable teams improve communication and help people feel they have a place they fit into. We help clarify vision, effectively present the mission of the church and get people on board with true buy-in.
Pastoral Coaching
Yes, Pastors need coaching too. In fact, they are the executive of the local church and need to understand themselves, the vision and the direction God is leading them. The Growth Center is committed to the local Pastor and their success in the ministry. Throughout scripture we see the coach / protégé or mentor / mentee relationship at work, Jethro and Moses; Samuel and David; Paul and Timothy. All coaching is fully confidential and biblically basis.
Team Development
The development of successful teams is needed more in the church than in any other organization. Churches have a wide variety of teams, Pastors, Boards, Deacons, ministries and on an on. These teams can make the ministry of the church a blessing for the Pastor or a nightmare.
Have you ever had a person come to you excited about a ministry and wanting to be involved, and after a few weeks they leave? It is not that they are flighty; it is more likely it was never a good fit to start. So how do you know what will play to a person’s strengths and gifts?
The Growth Center LLC has the tools and training to help you people discover where they belong and what gifts they bring to the ministry. When we work in our strengths we are happier, feel we are making a contribution and we are more productive. The work of God deserves the best from us, so we must discover what that “best” is.
