Our Founder

Jack Hickey, CPVA, CPBA, CLC, has been coaching leaders and building teams for three decades.  He has a personal passion to help Success-Minded People identify their giftings, set goals and achieve their dreams, while becoming the very best they can be.  Jack is a gifted coach, speaker and teacher and he knows how to help leaders build teams that are enriching for all its members and that accomplish their objectives. Jack is also an author and well read blogger.
